This year for Women’s International Day lets choose to each make a difference in our lives. Let’s take one of these strategies and implement it today!

Here are some ways to deal with stress:

  • Get your spine checked and get adjusted! Did you know that an adjustment can shift the stress response on a neurological level! If you have never had a checkup we would love to say hi and discuss how we can help with the stresses going on
  • Get enough sleep! Most of us are often too busy to prioritise a good night’s rest but getting a full 8 hours of sleep can help you feel more alert, energised, focused and ready to take on the day
  • Get moving! Physical activity increases your mood and exercise has been known to increase our happiness levels so get out there and get moving!
  • Get out there! Women often deal with stress on their own but sharing your problems with friends and family can help ease your stress. Call your friend and book a lunch/dinner and seek advice and help from your loved ones.

Here’s to all the kick-ass women out there and happy International Women’s Day!!!
